This piece is part of a series (Owan 008a and 008b) defined by subtle differences in their decorative slips. While beautiful as a stand-alone piece, they form a unique, complementary pair, making them an excellent choice for a gift or for couples.

Important Care Instructions

• Do NOT use in a dishwasher, microwave oven, or oven.
• The bowl / vase is suitable for hot items, but please avoid pouring boiling water directly into a heavily chilled vessel, as the thermal shock may occasionally cause cracking.
• After washing, completely drain the water and allow the piece to air dry thoroughly (ideally in a cool, shaded place) to prevent mold or cracking.
• Stacking: While it is ideal to store the pieces without stacking, if you must stack them, please do so carefully with similar sizes and curves to avoid undue stress on the pottery.
• Color Change (Patina): The ceramic surface will naturally change color over time. Dark liquids such as soy sauce or coffee may stain the surface if left in the item for long periods
•  Stain Removal: If staining is a concern, soaking the item in an oxygen-based bleach may help remove the stains (use at your own risk).
